On an imaginary island of Pali there is a clash between two ways of understanding life and human relationships. When journalist Will Farnaby landed on the island, he came into contact with customs, rites, religion and an attitude towards life. From this contrast, a reflection on the values ​​that Farnaby embodies, those of the Western world, is easily derived and he begins to question them.
